3. Payment by Viva Wallet

You can choose to pay with your credit/debit card via Viva Wallet. Without needing to register with Viva Wallet you can make a payment with a credit/debit card. Viva Wallet’s Viva service offers a fast and secure way to pay online without sharing your credit card number with us. If you do not have a credit/debit card, the Viva Wallet service follows exactly the same system as Paypal and can store your bank account and be a means of payment without needing a credit/debit card.

4. Payment on our Physical Store

If you select to the receive your order on our physical store (within 2 working days), you can directly pay at our store.

• The reason you see not available “the payment on delivery” option as a payment method is because in the past, many people who chose to place their order with this option, eventually had a change of heart and chose to not receive their order, even though we, in our turn, always confirmed the order with the customer by phone before dispatching the order. The result is that there was great hassle with the returns, additional courier charges and this process ended up being mentally furstrating. The continuous repetition of such incidents left us of no choice other than to remove “the payment on delivery” option. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
