1. DELIVERY BY COURIER BOX NOW
The shipment of our products to you is handled by the cooperating courier company Box Now.
The Company delivers the Sender’s postal items to automated machines (boxes) for collection by the customer.
The addresses of which are posted during your purchase process (check out) from our online store (eshop) and you can choose which selected automated collection machine is most suitable for you to receive
Box Now undertakes to deliver the Sender’s postal item for its services within two working days, from the delivery by the recipient of the postal item to the selected automated collection machine. For shipments to an island, Box Now undertakes to deliver the Sender’s postal item for its services within five business days, from the delivery by the recipient of the postal item to the selected automated collection machine.
Working days are considered Monday through Saturday. Official holidays in Greece (national and local holidays) are excluded from working days.
The recipient will receive a message from Box Now on the mobile phone number that has been notified to the Sender and/or on other messaging applications (indicatively and not limited to Viber, Whatsapp) and/or on the email address that has been notified to the Sender, when the postal item is a selected automated delivery machine (with the exception of between 22:00-7:00 for sending messages to mobile phones) and a second message at least 8 hours before the postal item’s stay in the selected mailbox expires.
Each message will contain information about the selected automated pickup machine, the time the postal item will be held, navigation instructions (google map link) to the selected automated pickup machine and a unique code consisting of 6-8 digits, known only to the recipient, which the recipient will enter on the keypad of the selected automated pickup machine in order to open the door of the slot containing the postal item.
Entering the unique code on the keypad of the selected automated pickup machine replaces the recipient’s signature and will constitute proof of receipt of the postal item. The recipient is identified by his mobile phone number in combination with a unique code,
The time the postal item will remain in the slot of the selected automated delivery machine will be at least 48 hours, with the time being renewed for an additional 24 hours upon request by the recipient, via the Box Now‘s website. Subsequently, the postal item will be transferred to the Box Now‘s premises from where the recipient will have the right to receive it, within five (5) days, at which time it will be returned to the Sender.
Box Now will provide the recipient with the ability to connect to the Company’s website from a mobile phone or computer, in order to monitor the delivery progress of the postal item he has ordered.
The packaging is carried out with the necessary specifications for the safe transport of the items.
Most of our products are ready for delivery and are sent to you within one business day.
The shipping cost is € 4.00 (including VAT) for shipments up to 10 kg (actual weight or oncological weight)
Shipping costs are free for online purchases over € 70.
- TRANSPORT BY FREIGHT COMPANY
The only items that are not eligible for transport by courier are items of high volume such as furniture, lamps and mirrors. If you are interested on items that is not delivered by courier transport, you may contact us by e-mail or by telephone (+30)2103640467 to arrange a special delivery to a freight company. Indicatively, the transport cost starts from € 8.00 and is configured according to the volume and weight of the parcel as well as the final destination. Shipping companies usually deliver parcels “on the sidewalk” and not inside your premises. In any case, after consultation and possibly with an additional charge with the transport company, delivery can be made at the place you indicate. In case you prefer to receive your order from the agency, there is the possibility after a telephone contact with the respective transport company.
